our Web site and see which product(s) you wish to purchase, simply follow
the easy instructions on screen. We will send you a confirmation email

Sales Tax:
All orders will be charged the appropriate state sales tax, based on the
shipping address. The applicable sales tax charges will be listed during
the shopping cart checkout process.

International Shipping:
We currently ship international orders to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom,
Germany, France, Denmark, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Spain, New
Zealand, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New
Zealand and Japan. For shipping costs to Canada, please scroll down to
the Shipping and Delivery section. Duty and customs
clearance charges—in the country of final destination—are the customer’s
responsibility.

All International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail. Please allow an extra 5 business days for delivery. No tracking is available - but all orders are insured.

Sending a Gift:
Need help finding the perfect gift for that special someone (something she
probably wouldn’t buy on her own…but would love to have)? Look no further.
For a few extra dollars, we will send the kit directly to the lucky
recipient wrapped in our signature silver fabric and accented with a
tasseled cord. You may also send a gift message that is printed on a
separate card. The gift recipient does not receive any cost information on
their packing slip. To take advantage of this convenient “gift sending”
option, simply fill in the name and address of the recipient when ordering
online, or let us know when you phone in your order. For additional details,
call and speak with one of our Customer Service representatives at

Billing Policy:
Once we receive your order and we have verified payment on your credit card,
we will ship your product(s). Delays can occur; however, we make every
effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all orders. Usually your
order will be shipped within two business days, but we allow 30 days from
when your charge is verified. If we are unable to ship your order within 30
days from verifying payment, we will send you a delay notification
explaining the cause of delay and indicate the newly proposed ship date. If
we are not able to ship the product within 60 days after verifying payment,
you will be sent a final postcard indicating the expected ship date. You
will be given the option of reconfirming your order by mailing in the reply
postcard. Failure to return the card within 30 days results in the
cancellation of your purchase. Again, normally all orders are shipped within
48 hours of verifying your payment.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping and Delivery:
All of our orders shipped within the continental U.S. are shipped by UPS. UPS ground is considered regular
shipping (the least expensive). You can expect delivery of your order
within 7 to 10 days after your order is confirmed. For information on
tracking an order, please scroll down to the Order Tracking Section.
If you would like your shipment to arrive 2nd day or overnight, the
following rate chart applies. For information on International Shipping,
besides Canada, please scroll up to the International Shipping section.
Order Deadlines
All 2nd Day and Overnight orders received by noon (12 p.m.) Pacific time on a regular business day will be shipped the same business day. All 2nd Day and Overnight orders received after noon (12 p.m.) Pacific time will be shipped the next business day. All orders received after noon (12 p.m.) Pacific time on Friday will be shipped on Monday, unless that Monday is a legal Holiday, in which case it will be shipped the next business day.

ATTENTION CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: The Canadian government will add approximately 20 Canadian dollars to your order in the form of import taxes and duty. In order to keep these costs as low as possible, we have shipped your order through the U.S. and Canadian postal services. You will get a notice from the Canadian postal service to retrieve your package at your local post office and to pay your taxes and duty.

Returning an Order:
With HCDT your satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed! In the unlikely
event you are not completely satisfied with your HCDT purchase, simply
return it within 60 days for a full refund (shipping costs excluded).
To return a purchase, please follow these simple instructions:

Complete the
return form that was included with your order (it is required that you
include a reason for your return).

Pack your
merchandise in the original shipping box for perfect fit.

Make sure all
components of the original package are sent back even if used—we can only
accept returns that have all the product(s) that were sent
to you.

Use the carrier of
your choice: FedEx, USPS, UPS or Parcel Post. Please
insure the package for the value of the contents.
Once we receive your package, your credit
card account will be credited for the full purchase price. If you are
returning a gift, please include the name of the purchaser. We can only
refund his/her credit card. You will be notified via email once your return
has been processed. Please note that your financial institution can take up
to seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any

Exchanging an Order:
We make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition. At HCDT we take each customer's satisfaction very seriously. We will ship a replacement item as soon as possible.
